Pastors Horace and Patricia Drumming
As the Pastors & Founders of RFCC, Horace and Patricia Drumming have been in ministry leadership for over 25 years in and around Silver Spring, MD. In that time, they have had the honor of leading hundreds of people from all races and walks of life into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. They are both military veterans of the Air Force and have been married for 40 years.

LOVE GOD. LOVE PEOPLE. GO CHANGE THE WORLD.
We exist because of the gospel of Jesus Christ; therefore, we want to glorify Jesus Christ by teaching disciples to LOVE GOD, create space for them to LOVE PEOPLE, and encourage & equip them to GO INTO THE WORLD.
OUR VISION
To gather people of all colors into Fellowship by building bridges over cultural divides with the Love of God.
This Vision would be realized through steady multi-cultural and multi-ethnic growth. At the core of RFCC, we endeavor to see the rainbow of humanity embracing the biblical truth of (John 3:16) that God loves (and gave His life for) the entire world. Love and outreach cannot be selective because all people matter to God and therefore, should matter to us.
